30 day return policy with a $125.00 restocking fee from the day customer receives the laser kit. Restocking fee applies to the laser kit and thermal imager.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  If an online or phone order is placed, then canceled before it's shipped, a 4% fee will be charged to cover our Paypal/Credit processing charges.  International customers are responsible for customs/duty charges.  The international shipping fee does not cover those charges.  International orders are shipped by UPS. Note: Shipping to some remote parts of Canada, like the Yukon Territory, have higher shipping costs than what our shopping cart charges.  We will bill those customers  for the additional shipping via Paypal. I highly recommend the book Laser Therapy In Veterinary Medicine.  We don't sell it, but it is available on online bookstores.  A new hard copy is expensive but often a used copy can found on online bookstores for less.    It has tons of condition-specific protocols for large and small animals plus exotics.

Note: We also sell a more expensive class 4 laser, the Vetro4 Pro, which is $1695.  The FAQ section mostly has information from that site, which we also own.  But for most equestrians, and canine/feline professionals, the Animal Laser 4 is all they need.  The more expensive Vetro4 Pro is about 5 minutes faster per treatment session, but both the 15 diode/1300mW  Animal Laser 4 and the 14 diode/2300mW Vetro4 Pro have infrared (808nm) diodes for deep penetration.  Note:  Both lasers also have red (650nm) diodes for skin issues/wounds, and quick pain control.
